Refund Policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

A replacement will only be issued if:

  • Imperial Digits makes a manufacturing error, OR

  • The item arrives damaged in transit.

Replacements are always for the same product originally ordered. No substitutions, upgrades, or alternative items will be offered.

Errors made by the customer when placing the order (e.g., incorrect registration details or spacing) are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
